Spanning over 44,800 square metres, DMK Avenue comprises multiple shops and a large wholesale-retail market with an area of 9,600 square metres that can accommodate more than 500 stalls. The shopping is situated in a strategic location and will have the metro line going through it. DMK Avenue focuses on creating an experience for everyone who walks into the mall.
Other than its wholesale-retail market, the shopping mall will consist of multiple restaurants, beverage shops, tutoring institutes and franchise businesses.
